Johndroe Law is pleased to offer innovative solutions to your real estate and general civil disputes through mediation with Attorney Sam Johndroe, who has been a trained mediator for more than a decade.
2-Hour Mediations
Johndroe Law recognizes that some disputes may not be well-suited to a standard half-day or full-day mediation. That's why Mr. Johndroe offers 2-hour mediations over Zoom for a more affordable fee of $300 per side. This is particularly well-suited to landlord/tenant matters or some small debt collection matters. However, a 2-hour mediation may not be appropriate for every dispute, case, or situation. For some matters, we may respectfully ask you to schedule a half-day or full-day mediation.
Half-Day Mediations
Half-day mediations are available for $550 per side over Zoom or $600 per side in person. These will typically be conducted from 9 AM-1 PM or 1 PM-5 PM.
Full-Day Mediations
Full-day mediations are available for $1,100 per side over Zoom or $1,200 per side in person. These will typically be conducted from 9 AM-5 PM.
Payment, Cancellation, and No-Show Policies
Payment will generally be due in advance to confirm any mediation. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. A no-show or cancellation fee will apply to late cancellations or late requests to reschedule.
Family Law Mediations Not Offered
Sam Johndroe is only eligible to serve as a court-appointed mediator in general civil cases in Texas. Mr. Johndroe is not eligible to serve as a court-appointed mediator in family law or certain other specialized kinds of cases, and has more experience litigating general civil cases than family law cases, with extensive litigation experience in the area of real estate law. Therefore, he chooses to focus on real estate and general civil mediations.
