2-Hour Mediations

​

Johndroe Law recognizes that some disputes may not be well-suited to a standard half-day or full-day mediation. That's why Sam offers 2-hour mediations over Zoom for a more affordable fee of $250 per side. This is particularly well-suited to landlord/tenant matters. A 2-hour mediation may not be appropriate for every dispute, case, or situation. If you wish to schedule a 2-hour mediation, Sam will review your information in advance and let you know if he feels a longer mediation would be more appropriate.

Half-Day Mediations

​

Half-day mediations are available for $500 per side over Zoom or $550 per side in person. These will typically be conducted from 9 AM-1 PM or 1 PM-5 PM.

Full-Day Mediations

​

Full-day mediations are available for $1,000 per side over Zoom or $1,100 per side in person. These will typically be conducted from 9 AM-5 PM.

Family Law Mediations Not Offered​

​

Sam Johndroe is only eligible to serve as a court-appointed mediator in general civil cases in Texas. He is not eligible to serve as a court-appointed mediator in family law or certain other specialized kinds of cases, and has more experience litigating general civil cases than family law cases, with extensive litigation experience in the area of real estate law. Therefore, Sam chooses to focus on real estate and other general civil mediations.
